Abstrak: Penggunaan Pasir Pantai sebagai bahan beton belum banyak
dilakukan di Indonesia, untuk itu perlu penelitian lebih lanjut.
Permasalahannya adalah bagaimanakah sifat-sifat material, karakteristik
agregat campuran dan karakteristik agregat sebagai bahan beton kedap air
dan beton normal. Jenis penelitian eksperimen. Variabelnya adalah
perbandingan Pasir Pantai, Pasir Lokal dan kerikil. Metode pengumpulan
data menggunakan metode pengukuran atau tes pada rancangan eksperimen.
Metode analisis dengan cara pengolahan data hasil pengujian. Dari
hasil penelitian, sifat-sifat material semua agregat aman dipakai
sebagai bahan beton. Karakteristik Pasir Pantai butirannya terlalu
halus, Pasir Lokal berbutir agak kasar dan kerikil Pudak Payung butir
agregatnya maksimal 20mm. Untuk beton normal, diperoleh perbandingan
campuran Pasir Pantai Tegal, Kali Gung dan Kerikil Pudak Payung
10%:30%:60%. Pasir Pantai Pemalang, Kali Gung dan Kerikil Pudak Payung
10%:30%:60%, Pasir Pantai Batang, Kaliboyo dan Kerikil Pudak Payung
10%:15%:70%. Pasir Pantai Jepara,Muntilan dan Kerikil Pudak Payung
7%:26%:67%. Pasir Pantai Rembang, Cepu dan Kerikil Pudak payung tidak
diperoleh perbandingan yang masuk ke dalam standar. Untuk beton kedap
air dengan asumsi berat beton 2300 kg, fas 0,4, 10% Pasir Pantai
Tegal:20%Kali Gung:70%Kerikil Pudak Payung berat semen minimal 206,72kg,
10% Pasir Pantai Pemalang:30% Kali Gung:60%Kerikil Pudak Payung
219,67kg, 1% Pasir Pantai Batang:30% Kaliboyo:69% Kerikil Pudak Payung
202,14kg, 7% Pasir Pantai Jepara:26%Muntilan:67% Kerikil Pudak Payung
235,38kg, 10% Pasir Pantai Rembang:20% Cepu:70% Kerikil Pudak Payung
176,81kg. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa pasir pantai dapat
digunakan sebagai bahan beton normal dan beton kedap air, namun
gradasinya perlu diuji secara berulang agar didapatkan gradasi yang
masuk kedalam batas yang sudah ditetapkan.

Abstract: The use of beach sand as concrete material has not been done in Indonesia, it is necessary to further research. For normal concrete, the comparison of mixed sand beach Tegal, Kali Gung and Gravel Pudak Umbrella 10%: 30%: 60%. Pemalang beach sand, and gravel Pudak Kali Gung Umbrella 10%: 30%: 60%, Sand Beach Rod, and the Pebbles Pudak Kaliboyo Umbrella 10%: 15%: 70%. Jepara beach sand, and gravel Pudak Muntilan Umbrella 7%: 26%: 67%. Apex beach sand, and gravel Pudak Cepu umbrella not the comparison that go into default. For concrete waterproof concrete assuming weight 2300 kg, fas 0.4, 10% sand beach Tegal: 20% Kali Gung: 70% Gravel Umbrellas Pudak 206.72 kg minimum weight of cement, 10% sand beach Pemalang: 30% Kali Gung: 60% Gravel umbrellas Pudak 219.67 kg, 1% Sand Beach Rod: 30% Kaliboyo: 69% Gravel umbrellas Pudak 202.14 kg, 7% Sand Beach Jepara: 26% Muntilan: 67% Gravel umbrellas Pudak 235.38 kg, 10% sand Apex Beach: 20% Cepu: 70% Gravel umbrellas Pudak 176.81 kg.
